Gulyas sits in a 19th-century cellar in the VII. kerület, where the walls remember every winter. The copper kettles were sourced from a village market in Hortobágy. The wooden tables were made by a carpenter in Miskolc who still uses hand tools. Nothing here was designed to look like something it isn't.
